   My consultation with Deborah went great, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything really well and helped to come up with a plan to achieve my hair care and style goals. Bladon was also fantastic and helped me when I contacted the salon and came for my consultation. They were very friendly, helpful and excellent at communication. I felt welcomed and relaxed while there and I appreciate the very postive experience I had. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment.

   I genuinely have no words to express how happy I am with how my hair turned out!!! A MASSIVE thank you to Norman who was an absolute star throughout the entire process. I haven’t been to a salon in 5 years and have bleached my hair at home more times than I’d like to admit, so let’s say it wasn’t in great condition! But I’ve left feeling so confident and as though I have a whole new set of hair on my head. Every step was talked through so thoroughly and it was an incredible experience. Thank you Norman + all of the team at Not Another Salon for being so welcoming and lovely - will be back soon! xx

   TL; DR check out @notanothersalon and @normanboluton IG pages and you will see their fabulous works. I’m an east asian with dark hair and many gray roots, so It’s challenging to achieve vivid colours Believe me i’ve been to several salons and was disappointed. That is until I met Norman. Norman is hair genie and fulfill my purple wish. I appreciate his creativity, honesty, yet keep realistic expectation. My hairs wasn’t in good condition and after few visits/treatments it returned to much healthier state. (photos were from last 2 visits, one with sunset vibe, the other is 20” hair extensions). I’ve always the end result and received many compliments from random strangers. Salon vibe is fun and inclusive. People are genuinely cheerful. Plenty of refreshment and sweets offering. Good Wi-fi for working or browsing. Special mentions to Bladon for being loviest salon manager, also Connor and Melissa for making my extensions looks so divine!

   Love love loved my time here! The whole team is so friendly and Clare is just a superstar, she was so kind and patient while helping me figure out exactly what it is I wanted - even managed to squeeze me in the same week before I went on holiday! She said I was in the “M&S of hair salons” and she was so right! Every flavour of tea you can think of, all the best biscuits, and of course only across the road from the Bagel shop. Best hairdressers ever x

   I’ve been on my balayage transformation with Norman since early 2019 and always left the salon VERY satisfied with the results. NAS has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable and the energy is just immaculate! I started off with the iconic blonde balayage and continuously visited Norman for 3 years to maintain the blonde and now have gone for a dark brunette balayage. I am absolutely loving it! Moreover, Norman has always been honest about what we can achieve in the current session and price transparency as well! Would highly recommend anyone to go to Norman for the perfect balayage!

   I'm a long time NAS customer. I have been on a journey with the talented Norman. He has always been so creative and we have gone from face frame, to balayage to scalp bleach. He's always helped me make mine and his visions a reality (I say his vision also because I fully trust his judgement and creative inspiration). I have never left disappointed. As I walked to my appointment this past Saturday, I noticed I felt excited and lifted to be heading to the salon, not only to be getting a gorgeous hair style but also to be around Norman and his team mates (who are the most lovely people) is elevating. I always leave feeling so happy and positive. Its a nurturing experience not only for my hair but my soul. The salon is a very safe space for me and I can say Norman has been a large part in making me feel this way. His work speaks for itself... iconic
