   I came to Activ with lower back pain and Andy was brilliant at getting an exercise plan in place to help treat the current cause but to also help strengthen my lower back muscles. Andy is not only a great physiotherapist but he brings a smile and fun to the appointment and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Hopefully I won't have any more issues, but if I do it'll be Activ that I go to for treatment.

   I had a shoulder injury and tennis elbow. The staff were extremely friendly, very welcoming and experienced. Andy is just an amazing person. The one hour treatment went so fast and I could see improvements immediately after. I will certainly go again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

   I had been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for a good few months before I saw Andrew. From my first appointment, I had complete confidence in him and thanks to his help, I have seen a big improvement. The cost is very good value and my overall experience is hugely better than some far more costly private health providers I've had to use for other health issues. I'd not hesitate to recommend Activ Physiotherapy and will be going back if I have any new problems.
