   I visited today and I am extremely happy with the service and cut i received. My hairdresser went above and beyond to make me feel super special and my cut was very well done (and she was so lovely and friendly). I love my new cut & I will definitely be returning in the future. I was able to use a 10% discount code i received online for all new customers with no problems in the shop. Super service & really happy with my haircut.

   I got one of the best haircuts for a very long time in Supercuts, apart from a very good haircut the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The lady who cut my hair was Love, an exceptional hairdresser, she made sure of what I wanted and even checked throughout the cut. Such a warm caring person. I would definitely recommend her.

   Avoid balayage at this place!!! Super friendly staff and I was told by them that they do a great balayage. I was told I was given a staff member who was their best. I was given yellow bleach chunky highlights with terrible roots - not subtle or blended. The photos attached are from the day of (it looks several weeks old). I am STILL dealing with repercussions of getting my hair dyed there. I have had to spend £250 on color correction at another salon and again £125 to have it corrected without getting a balayage. Maybe a haircut but AVOID hair dyes at this location at all costs! I was only given a partial refund but the damage this has caused to my hair will go beyond a few years.

   Well first of all, before my visit I read the latest reviews and saw the name Love popping up a lot along with some pretty amazing reviews. So I chose Love on my visit and if I had to rate her professionalism, attention to detail, patience, kindness, knowledge and overall presentation I would happily give her a 20 out of 10. I visited with my little girl and Love couldn't do enough to make us both feel comfortable and well looked after. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my beautiful semi-bow haircut. My hair literally looked like I had a mullet and she left me looking and feeling amazing! Miss Love, if you read this, thank you thank you thank you. You are amazing!

   It is very easy to either walk in and get your hair done or use the app to join the queue. A particular lady who cuts and dries my hair is not only a talented hairdresser but a lovely lady. The prices in super cuts are also very reasonable. Love it

   Booked online for a haircut and was informed that the wait would be 1 hour 44 minutes. Reached at the store at the appropriate time and was told that I had to wait since they had taken in walk-in customers and I had to wait. I fail to understand the point of booking online at all if they are not honoring appointments. Left the shop after waiting for 45 minutes for my so- called appointment without a haircut and having wasted my time. Absolutely unprofessional.

   OK so you have to ignore the fact that the physical space looks like it needs a renovation because the people are lovely. Lalani was so sweet. Really made sure she knew what I wanted and kept checking in. You could see she really loved what she was doing and that just made me feel good. She also managed the perfect amount of silence and a little chat so I wasn't overwhelmed All in I had one of the best cuts, a great experience and have now found my regular hairdresser. I'm writing this because I think people may be put off by the external appearances of the space and miss out on great service.

   I had a cut and blow dry by the manager of Supercuts, Lewisham. I haven't been to the hairdressers in quite a few years, since 2019, and have been chopping bits off myself. I've got thick, wiry, wild ginger/grey hair, and I was given a brilliant cut. I can honestly say it's probably the best haircut I have had in a long time. The manager was friendly, professional and very accommodating. (Sorry I didn't get your name.) Fantastic hair cut. I would definitely recommend going to Supercuts Lewisham, and having hair done by the manager.
