   Been here a few times everytime I go they never seem to have the items I want in stock even though it shows that they do online. Don't know if its a problem with the website not updating but the impression I get is that the staff can't be bothered looking for the items, never an apology, its just a case of ' we haven't got any', probably best sticking to screwfix across the road which I think I will do from now on giving my previous experiences here.

   Been here a few times always see a pregnant girl stressed out due to other staff members stressing the girl out I've over heard another staff member/ manager talking about her in front off customers! This girl is a great member off the staff there always helpful and respectful with a good attitude too everyone who comes in the store. Always see the local lads speaking to her instead of others as she is more helpful. Also noticed that people in there never seem to have a break as they are the same faces. If Health and safety came in they would have a field day with the manager mark.

   I've been renovating my house for 6 months and made upwards of 30+ visits here staff are absolutely fantastic always pleasant and helpful. Only words of warning would be to check your order before leaving as going back when a hinge is missing from a pair or sealent is the wrong colour is a pain. Otherwise I can't fault it.
