   Last year, I experienced two miscarriages. Afterwards, I had lingering symptoms and sought help from the doctors at this centre. Unfortunately, it felt like they were completely uninterested in helping me. I visited them three times — they kept telling me that everything was fine, even though I could feel something was wrong. I had to fly to another country just to see a doctor and get proper testing. There, I was diagnosed with inflammation of both the bladder and uterus. I was prescribed treatment. My blood tests also showed very low vitamin D and low progesterone. I received care, started treatment — and shortly after, I became pregnant again. Later, when I ran out of progesterone, my midwife advised me to contact my GP for a new prescription. The GP told me she couldn’t help. I asked what would happen if I miscarried again because of this — and she said, "I don’t know. I can’t help you." The lack of care and compassion was incredibly upsetting. I also had a disappointing experience with another situation The only doctor who showed genuine concern, tried to understand the situation, and truly help was Dr. Leedle.

   I have to say, every time I have to ring the practice, the reception staff is always lovely and very helpful. Never I have been made feel like I was a burden when I interacted with them, which makes navigating the medical system much more pleasant. It needs to be said because people are quick to moan about poor service but good service is not very often recognised! Keep up the good work Stonecroft!

   Attended Medical Centre for HGV medical assessment. Around £80 cheaper than my own Dr's which is literally just down the same road. Dr Walton is a nice chap. Receptionist was smashing. Service was good and I would be more than happy to go back when the time comes again.

   Fantastic service. The ease of on-line booking, the friendly receptionist and Dr Walton who was professional double checking the D4 ( my last medical the doctor failed to check resulting in my entitlement not been included on my returned licence).
