Dawn was lovely I didn't even have an appointment.I walked in and was seen to pretty much straight away. Lovely clean salon very happy with my experience would definitely go again.
I don’t recommend anyone getting their hair done here. I got told to come to the shop for 10:30. I get there on time & the lady isn’t even at the shop to do my hair joke, but the owner / manager was but didn’t seem too bothered to do anything. All she does is just sit around looking clueless. She could at least offer to do my hair or start me off you know what I mean. The manager relies on her staff to do everything but they can’t even be on time for bookings they gave out likewise get to work on time. WHAT A JOKE & A WASTE OF BUSINESS. Never going back there after today. It’s happened too many times. Enough is enough now !!!!
Was told a time to go and they weren't even open, then I was there all day getting braides... just to be too tight on my scalp and then the price was double what I expected £120 "way too much". Come night time I had to take it all out. Waste of money and time. The hairdresser Chelsea was nice though.
Very unprofessional, the owner will change the fixed price after she’s done your hair. She will bump you and demand for more. You’d think the whole place is a community centre, random individuals in an out yelling and causing chaos.
My appointment was at 2pm they started doing my hair at 7pm knowing I was in a rush. They were so unprofessional screaming and shouting at eachother and letting random people come and scream down the place. They rushed doing my hair and I left with my baby hairs not layed. Environment and brushes weren’t clean. I could see mould around the tables and the brushes had dust on them. They were unhygienic too.Don’t come here !!!!!!!!!!

I had a lovely experience at the salon with Dawn & Tina, I had my hair braided by the ladies who gave excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable and welcomed from start to end, the shop is clean and services are well priced, I will definitely be returning and recommend HAIR EXPECTATIONS to all (I had blonde braids)
Dawn is really nice and professional. Booked for hair cut and blow dry, first time at this salon. Very happy with the end result, will definitely go back again
Have been coming here for the last 4/5 years.. Nothing but the best to be given!! Incredibly friendly, very understanding and professional.. One of the few hair dressers left with that Authentic " how mamma used to do " feel to it. Highly recommended
