Had my first cut and blow dry with Asel. I chose Asel after i saw her instagram page which looked really good so I had no doubt about her skill. Asel is very friendly and personable so I had a lovely experience. Will come back to her again. The salon offers you welcome drinks which is nice.
I can't remember the last time I came out this happy from a salon. Femina is just brilliant, had nonidea my hair could looks this amazing. Immensly grateful and can't wait to be back!
I have come here for a hair cut, colour consultation and balayage. The staff are so friendly and professional and every time I’ve been here, I feel like a valued customer. Asel has been my go-to hairstylist for all my visits, for my latest visit, which was for a haircut + blow dry and balayage, she was so knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted, and made adjustments where necessary, with my knowledge and consent. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, and I am in love with my new hairstyle - thank you so much Asel!!
Came for a haircut and blow-dry today by Cheyenne. This was my first time at the salon. My hair was quite damaged from previous bleaching and dyes. Cheyenne was very attentive and friendly. My hair looks a lot healthier and has some lovely movement to it now. Amazing customer service and I was given a lot of very useful advice on how to take care of my hair in the future. Thank you !
Kai was very professional and super polite. He was very friendly and welcoming and he immediately put me at ease. it was nice having a conversation with him today. I'm also very happy with my new haircut, I think one of the best haircuts I never had it so far in London... I'm looking forward to meeting all you once again soon.
What an amazing experience - from the initial consultation, to a fast delivery of the hair and a warm welcome from the entire team on the day of my appointment. I must especially give a shout-out to Lina. She’s a complete perfectionist, provided me with all the aftercare tips and make sure I left the salon a very happy bunny. I must also add the interior is lovely & the kids corner is such a great addition - kept my nearly 5-year old entertained for over 1.5 hours whilst I could get my Rupunzel on. 5* all round!
I can recommend enough Lina Viktorine services as I had a Keratin treatment in my hair with her and she was very friendly, explain all the process to me and a very genuine and kind person. The quality of the work was amazing and the salon has also an amazing interior design. I would definitely come back again!
Got my hair color done - my ever first in life and got red balayage done on black Indian hair. My service was attended by Kevin n I cannot compliment him enough. Wonderful job done, I am genuinely happy with overall experience, communication & result. The prices are on higher side (depends from person to person) but this purely basis my pocket. I super conscious with my pre treated hair with smoothening n Kevin took full care! If pocket allows, I would genuinely recommend!!
After having a terrible experience at another salon I came in and had a consultation to get my hair fixed. Considering I didn't have an appointment they were brilliant and saw me straight away. Konstantinos made me feel at ease straight away and talked me through all the options to correct my colour. He went above and beyond by coming in early the next day to fix my hair and did a wonderful job at correcting my hair from the other salons mistakes. I would truly recommend him to anyone and look forward to going back as a regular client!
