   I have seen 3 of the team at SVBC this year and can say without a doubt my life is significantly better already. The holistic approach to addressing my problems means that not only has my understanding about my symptoms increased but my ability to deal with them has too. I suffered with significant anxiety surrounding my vertigo and tinnitus and although not gone, my quality of life is much better and I'm working towards it being part of my life, not it taking over my life. If you are thinking about seeing someone, then do it. If you're suffering with vertigo, tinnitus, anxiety then please contact the centre. I can promise you, your only regret will be not doing it sooner! Thank you all!

   I have mild tinnitus and although I cope well with it I felt that it might be affecting my hearing, although it could also be that my husband mumbles and talks from the other room! Cheryl carried out a full hearing assessment. She explained step by step what was going to happen. Once she had finished she showed me the graph of the results and explained clearly what it all meant. I only have mild hearing loss which is common at my age. It was good to have this confirmation and I know if I am worried at any time I can go back to her. In the past Cheryl has also supported my mother when she had very intrusive tinnitus and she always dealt with her in a very calming supportive manner.
