Had such a lovely first experience at this salon - Janie was lovely and did my hair that came out even better than I had expected. Received so many compliments on my hair - will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for any hair service done.
She’s a great and experienced hairstylist, but make sure to agree on the prices in advance. I was charged £49.50 for a dry cut, which was significantly more than what was advertised on their website.
Ilda is a good hairdresser but I’m sorry I don’t trust her with money. She had a first client offer of 50% which I took. She persuaded me to do a treatment for another £55. Nothing special-just a way to recover the offer. At the till she made a £5 plus some pennies ‘mistake’ (she was using the calculator). I told her and the £5 was corrected but not the pennies. Very cheeky and won’t return sadly. My hair was good-no complaint on her skills and that’s why I rated 3. She offered Botox for £125 rather than £150. Other hairdressers do it for £75. Another way to recover my offer?! Pity.
This salon is amazing. First ever time here today,and Janie cut my hair in a way no other hairdresser has mastered. She listened to what I wanted and suggested what I could have. I left the salon feeling a different woman with an amazing new hairstyle and confidence galore. Thank you Janie,I'll deffo be back. Head massage whilst being washed is something out of this world ❤️
I have always wanted catwalk straight glossy hair and now I have it! I thoroughly recommend Janie for her Brazilian blow dry expertise. She is brilliant! Puts you at ease and has a lovely personality. A complete perfectionist. She is passionate about your hair and wants you to feel and look amazing - I did. Highly recommend this hair dressers. The lady was really lovely, made me and my mum feel very welcome and comfortable. She took the time to understand what we both wanted done and you can tell she has talent in hair dressing as she suggested what would look good on us. She was quite quick too, didn't make us wait for longer than we needed too, unlike some hair dressers. Me and my mum are both really happy with our hair and we will 100% be going back every time.
This was my first time at Ilda hairdressers, recommended by my daughter. I was very impressed and extremely pleased with my experience here. She was very professional, very friendly and had did an amazing job. She knew exactly what I wanted when I explained to her and I left feeling so much happier after having a not so good day.
