My daughter has 4a curls and wanted to cut her hair and frame her face. The owner recommended Sam for natural hairstyle and she really delivered. Both my daughter (14 years old) and me were very happy with the result.
I had a moisturising treatment, trim and blowdry and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The service was professional and attentive, and the blow-dry was especially impressive. It was gentle on the hair with no tugging.
I went back to purely natural today, and it was such a great experience! My stylist, Chai, was absolutely wonderful—so attentive, professional, and incredibly sweet. My hair was in need of some serious TLC, and she really took her time to look at it carefully and walk me through the treatments she thought would be best. Chai was so gentle with my coarse, stubborn hair that I honestly felt like I was at a spa! The whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. 10/10—I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Went to Purely Natural today for the first time for a interlock after a couple months of looking crusty and Colista (So sorry if I didn’t spell it right) sorted my hair outttt! She works quickly and her work is extremely clean. A very clean salon, spacious. I was greeted by Sam and Colista on time, was offered a hot drink and they kindly hung my jacket for me too. This is definitely my new home. Thank you very much for your advice, your hospitality and kindness - I appreciate it a lot.

I’ve been getting my hair done regularly here for a few years. It has been a great experience every time. I don’t live nearby but it’s worth travelling to. The staff are very professional and experienced. They’re also friendly and welcoming. They give useful advice on how best to take care of your hair. The online booking system is easy to use and their prices are good. The salon itself is a clean and pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place!
I popped in for a hair consultation with my 3 children (1 in a pushchair) in to, and I was happily assisted with carrying the buggy in and out of the salon which made me feel at ease. I felt that I was heard and understood when I explained the problems I was having with my hair. Staff appeared very experienced about hair and I can wait to go for my appointment which I opted to book online. Their pricing is clear online and there is the option to pay a deposit or for everything online which is really good and means you don't have to wait around after your hair is done. August is already booked up so will need to wait a little while longer for my appointment. Thank you Anastasia and to your staff.

I then had a treatment, trim and comb twists. I had the lovely Bernice look after me and she was an absolute delight. The service and professionalism was lovely from the second I entered to second I left! After 5 years of not going to the hairdresser's, my hair has found a home!
