   I posted a review using their automated review email following an appointment, but clearly has not been activated, hence posting on Google. This review will be a snippet of what I previously wrote. The quality of braiding was good. The price, highly extortionate in my opinion. This business is a new buisness set up in a professional salon where I have been coming for years to do my nails, after watching over a period of months and really wanting to change my original braiders, I took the plunge. I booked an evening appointment 4 days in advance, my appointment was at 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:50pm. At 4.30pm the lady came over to me to apologise as she was still braiding another client's hair and was on the phone to her manager, I explained to her that this was not good enough, I spoke to the manager who then informed me that it was her fault that the times were mixed up as she was on holiday and thought the appointment was for the Friday and not the Thursday. I understand that there is always a bit of a wait, normally no more than 15mins, but this timing error should have never occured as I booked 4 days in advance. The error shows a high level of poor due diligence and booking management. The manager on the phone explained to me that she had been in contact with another braider who was on their way, I questioned how longer, her response was she does not know, it could be an hour, or 45mins, or not at all and that I should try another local braider. I was livid. I will not go into the back and forth conversations had over the phone. This is clearly a business that had no concept of the importance of time management. I was put in a position where I had no other option, the other salons near by clearly had no slots available due to the time, I was travelling for the holidays, the lack of respect for time management meant I was not able to see my grandson, whilst it may be a small thing for some, it was massive for me. After a near 2 hour wait, I was finally seen to, this experience was filled with consistent apologies, bending on knees, more apologies, which I found highly annoying, I really just wanted my hair done so I could leave. The accountability lies heavily with the manager who oversees the appointments, clearly prioritising her holidays rather than her business and not the braiders. But this experience means I will not be returning back nor pass this business on as a recommendation. It has actually only been 2 weeks and I have to get my hair rebraided, so the last of the style was definately not worth the money I paid.

   I found this salon on Instagram and had a lovely experience. I haven't been to a salon in years but am happy to have found this one. Staff were warm and welcoming, and knew there stuff. I got a sew in crochet with human hair which I provided. I will definitely be going back to have a treatment.

   Had a great experience here! There was a short wait before my appointment started, but once we got going, everything ran super smoothly. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and made me feel welcome throughout. The space itself is beautiful and well-located — I love that it’s a one-stop shop with nails, lashes, and other beauty services all in one place. Such a smart concept. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   My scheduled stylist messed me about but Olivia answered and guaranteed availability for a crotchet vixen look the very next day. Literally less than 24 hours notice. Olivia helped me customise the blend and colour of my hair, and even when she stopped doing my hair for 10 mins to help out another lovely lady, I was still out of there with a fantastic install in less than 2 hours. The hair they provided was also top notch. I was a bit hesitant to go in due to the mixed reviews but I’m glad I did. I’m definitely coming back. Give it a go - especially when they’re not busy.

   Last minute I needed a hair appt for micro links and I am SO SO glad I found Vianatures. Not only were they accommodating but, they set me up to start the hair journey I didn’t think I could do on my own. It’s been 2 months now and my hair has already started showing growth. From the quality of products and hair for my micro links to the flexibility of the staff and stylists, I couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10

   Wow oh Wow. So I've done weaves and sew ins constantly for years to the point that I had no clue what my hair looked like anymore. So I decided I wanted to take it out and do microlinks for a little thickness. From the moment I contacted by the Staff she was amazing. Very thoroughly with the process, had great recommendations, skill and professionalism. She provided a full service including washing my hair, silk pressing it and trimming my ends before the install (additional priced service). I lovvvvveddd every step of the process. My hair hasnt been more beautiful with or without the microlinks. I highly recommend this style for the most versatility. I was very happy that the salon had the skill set in staff to do all hair types especially my Type 4c hair. She also had hair that matched my hair in texture and color available for purchase. She was well prepared to do my hair. 5******** I will update review with hair durability and style review in a few weeks.

   I booked a last minute appointment and was able to be seen the same day. It was my first time getting micro links but Olivia is such a pro and a perfectionist so I knew I was in good hands. Her calm demeanour and good chat made the salon experience amazing. I will certainly make the journey to her salon again.

   I have been a client of Vianatureshair since 2014 and will continue to remain so, they are fantastic! They are professional and I am never left waiting hours on end for a hairdresser to attend to me, if I book an appointment for 9am then it starts at 9am. The treatments I have, including the salon's own hair products, have really helped with hair health and growth. The styles that result from a visit always suit me well, classic and beautifully done. Customer service is brilliant here too, love the staff!
