Excellent service. Had a small issue with my order (just a part of the order missing) and the customers service team were brilliant. Responded quickly, resolved the issue straight away and even went above and beyond to say "sorry" for what was a simple mistake that anyone could have made. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Can not fault the service from Power Tool Service. The parts ordered were delivered quickly as they were in stock. I emailed for some information before purchasing and my query was answered promptly and successfully by Courtney. I have had to contact her again since receiving my order as I made a mistake in ordering a part and that too was successfully resolved. Will definitely keep their address should we need them again and recommend them to others.
