Just called the den as my son needs a blood test and has autism so doctor said he needs it at the den and the waiting list is over months and have to wait for a letter not impressed
Waited 5h with a child that might have appendicitis, no tests , nothing. They checked his ears 4 times and his heartbeat. Absolutely disgusting services. My son was screaming in pain and no one bothered to do some proper tests. I have to LEAVE because he was too exhausted and overwhelmed by ear checks and stethoscopes. I would sue you, and might even do it.
We often come here for a general assessment of the health of my daughter with Down syndrome. There are wonderful doctors here with experience working with special children. Here, the doctor will always listen and make the necessary appointments with various specialists. Here, you can get tests and check your heart without any problems.

Excellent care and attention from the team at the Den The NHS has never let us down when we needed it, !!!
It is what it is, the nearest hospital childrens department. The staff are fantastic but they could do with a quiet space for those children who can't cope with noise .
