   My first time at The Lounge and I am glad I gave it a try. Chanelle was very welcoming. I mentioned that I was unhappy with my previous cut. She was helpful in trying to understand what I want and in giving suggestions on what I could do now and the styles I might want to try. Looking forward to trying out new styles with them in the future.

   I took my 4 year old daughter to The Lounge today for her first ever haircut, she’s autistic so I was apprehensive on how it’d go. I didn’t mention her SEN needs to the staff as I didn’t need to, the stylist was absolutely fantastic with her, she was patient and friendly and just a really lovely girl with a very welcoming manner. My daughter’s hair looks beautiful and I was so impressed with the service we received. Would highly recommend, thank you so much - I can’t tell you how much I appreciated how easy you made it for us x

   Sam is amazing! I’m always happy with my hair after she’s done.. & she gives great advice, I always feel at home. My mum & auntie have been coming here for YEARS and have always been very happy. All staff are friendly & professional. Great choice of drinks & parking is only a short walk away. Highly recommend.
