Paige was amazing, so understanding of my hair type and really took the time to explain how different products would work. I've come away with new techniques to use on my hair and the Curly Cut appointment and consultation was really worth the money. I'm so happy with my hair. Don't think I'd go anywhere else now! A great experience at the Pamper Suite courtesy of Paige. A thorough curly hair consultation where I felt really listened to. As a result I’ve got a great cut, lots of tips and beautiful curls! A lovely hair wash too-thank you-it was an effort to leave the massage chair!
The best salon experience I’ve had! The girls were so friendly from the minute I walked in until the minute I left! Jess was amazing with my hair, giving me tips & advice for my curls and products that would help my hair! I usually only leave a review if I’m really impressed with an experience or really disappointed and unfortunately on this occasion it’s the latter. I cannot comment on the hair cut as my appointment was cancelled half an hour before I was due to attend. Perhaps it was a lucky escape. I thought I would try this salon for a change however I’ve realised I’m very lucky with my hairdresser who I’ve been with for over a decade and shall stick with him as he is so professional and always listens and offers great advice. The only downfall is he is booked up weeks in advance. Whereas there is plenty of availability at The Pamper Suite. I have been in contact with the salon owner to try and express why I was so disappointed but it was to no avail and she has tried to project her guilt or embarrassment on to me. Apparently I was rude, but when I asked her how so, she failed to give any reasons. I gave her all the reasons why I was upset but she said that was my opinion. So much for “the customer is always right”. I can’t see the need to charge for a consultation and I don’t know why a deposit is not just held but debited in advance of the appointment. No need to reply - your emails state clearly how you feel
Love the atmosphere of the Pamper Suite. It's a real treat, to visit this clean, modern salon, with its excellent, friendly, professional staff, special offers, comfy chairs, scalp massage, fresh coffee, with a bonus biscuit on the side. Whilst I'm being pampered, Tracy also manages to do a fantastic job with my hair! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
My wife and daughter went for her 1st haircut and there first visit to The Pamper Suite, we were greeted by a friendly warm welcome and my 3 year old felt comfortable straight away, she was talked through what was happening and really enjoyed the experience, she's already asked when she can go back. My wife had a trim and test patch for some dye so she will be booking in to go back soon. Highly recommended, a great experience for us
Today first time I been here, my husband booked it for me and my daughter. Firstly my daughter had her hair cut, which was the first time , and it was fantastic because the hairdresser Chloe made her feel so welcome n comfortable. Appreciate this so much. Then chole done my hair, which looked fantastic listened to what I want but also gave her input too. Everyone there was so nice, especially the lady who washed my hair x
