   Getting an appointment was quick and simple, I was seen in a very quick time, around 3 days from my inquiry. I went in for a check up and a full examination which was done quickly and professionally. All the staff were great and 1 week later I had some new driving glasses that work a treat! Very impressed all round

   I've been going to this branch several years. I wear gas permeable lenses, not many places deal with these. Karen who does my contact lens checks is an absolutely outstanding member of the team. I went today and she did a thorough check (as always). She is professional, friendly and I cannot thank her enough. If she left this place I would be gutted. Also Julie who is exactly the same as Karen, both are an asset to the company.

   Cannot fault this store in any way. Staff are really friendly, always give a warm smile and easy to follow instructions while claiming any nerves or anxiety may have. Clean and polished setting and the Optometrist was knowledgeable and built up a great rapport really quickly.

   My mum bought an expensive set of hearing aids from Specsavers, crystal peaks. They’ve never worked properly. We’ve took them back to store several times. They’ve had them for a week recently we’ve just got them back and she’s still having issues. She’s phoned them several times today and been promised a callback which NEVER came. I had to resolve the issue myself after coming back from work. Customer service is shocking if I had the money, I would buy them from a different store altogether and give them back.

   I had such a good experience getting my glasses, I was so nervous but the assistant, Thomas made me feel incredibly comfortable I didn’t think I would need glasses and he really helped me find a pair which suited me perfectly which I never thought was possible. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Thank you so much.

   Fantastic service, my mum went for a fitting of her 2nd pair of hearing aids as she wasn't happy with the first pair. They were so obliging to make her some more which fit so much better. She can hear better as well. All the staff very patient & lovely. Well done to you all xxx

   Collected my new glasses recently from Crystal peaks branch, on trying them I found the lenses weren't quite right. The staff were very helpful and in stepped Kirstie who was so professional and was determined to get them sorted for me. A few weeks later I had them back and they were fine. She made sure I was totally happy and was brilliant to deal with.
