   I walked into the shop with high expectations and walked out with the exact opposite. Service was terrible, the workers were rude and could hardly speak any English. I asked the barber for a low skin fade and got the exact opposite and he didn’t even give me a fade, the sides were not blended and look horrid, when I confronted him that he did not give me what I asked for he was rude and swore at me and then overcharged me for the haircut and made me leave as quickly as possible. Never hear again and do not recommend! This is a picture of how it looked

   Usually they are good, a couple of Barbers are good. But the one I got today wasn't very good did a half arsed job of cutting my hair and even on the massage bit was half arsed when the put the steam towel on your head!

   Terrible. Wouldn’t even send a wild scruffy mutt to get a cut from here. The barber had no idea what he was doing and also couldn’t understand English. Asked for a fade and he thought he was done whilst there was still hair hanging over my ear. Never had to tell a barber twice what I wanted but with these lot be prepared to spend more time stopping and guiding them through it than actually getting your hair cut. Who I assume is the boss, ended up getting frustrated because it was taking too long even though there were no customers in line, no surprise there. The hot towel at the end doesn’t make up for the bad experience or the high price. Never go here.

   I visited here today and we are regular customers including my dad, son for the last 1 year.. Even though this is comparatively costlier than the other shops in Langley we thought we are getting good quality hair cut and service and I have referred to lot of ppl. But today's experience was appalling.. I was serviced by a new trainee today, which I too an extent agree that all of us will have to be guinea pigs atleast once.. but what was shocking is the owner guy who was sitting with his phone was least bothered to move from his seat after seeing I am completely not happy . I even mentioned to him I can't explain to your guy because he can't understand English and he is literally making a joke of a haircut to me.. but the owner guy was least bothered to address the issue. Now this is the rea problem. They are not serious in their business which means definitely they are going to lose it. We will never return as a family and I will ensure I will tell this to everyone who I referred previously..

   Had the Istanbul Special today with haircut, beard trim, face mask, threading, wash etc. It was an overall great and relaxed experience without the feeling of being rushed, they did everything properly in good time and made sure I was well looked after with drinks etc.

   Morfose barbers second shop. Best Turkish barbers around and a regular for years. Always get my hair cut from either Murad or H. Both are great Turkish Barbers that know how to fade - I stuck for one barber for years but now I trust any of them to cut my hair!

   I must unfortunately agree with the latest reviews. My cut didn't turn out quite how I'd ask it - which was unfortunate. The blade work was also a bit too amateurish, and left me skin sore for a day. I unfortunately won't be trying this place again. I gave it 3 stars as it was good value, and the facilities are good.
