After my visit today, I was deeply disappointed with the service I received. I came in for what I hoped would be a quick, quality cut, but the entire experience was highly unsatisfactory from start to finish. Lack of Focus and Hygiene Concerns The stylist appeared to be more interested in his phone than in cutting my hair, checking it constantly throughout the appointment. More worryingly, there were serious hygiene issues. The stylist did not sterilize the tools before starting, and when they were accidentally dropped on the floor, he failed to clean or swap them out before continuing to use them. This is completely unacceptable and raises significant health and safety concerns. Poor Listening and Subpar Workmanship Despite clearly communicating how short I wanted my hair, the stylist repeatedly ignored my instructions and continued to cut according to his own preference. The sides of my hair were visibly uneven and different lengths. When I pointed out this major flaw, he dismissively stated that he "couldn't do it any differently" Hiding Imperfections Worst of all, he used a spray while cutting and then styled my hair against my will just to hide the mistakes. As soon as I got home and washed the product out, the terrible cut was obvious. I had to go to another barber immediately to get it fixed. Recommendation: I cannot recommend this barber shop. Even if you believe you are desperate for a haircut, trust me: you will likely look worse walking out than you did walking in. Save your money and your hair, and go elsewhere.

Worse haircut i ever had. If I could give it 0 I would. Bloke seemed fuming! Pulling a face when I asked for a bit more of the fringe. Annoyed, impatient, yanking my head around. Never come here again.

I have been a regular customer at Bradley Smith Barber Shop in Terminal 5, and in the past, I always had a great experience. There used to be an Asian barber who was excellent — professional, skilled, and attentive. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The new barber was unprofessional, spending time on his phone instead of focusing on the haircut. He rushed through the cut as if he wanted to get back to his phone, and the whole experience felt careless. The haircut itself was poor, rough, and even painful at times, with no proper communication throughout. This was nowhere near the standard I had previously experienced here. Sadly, the service has really gone downhill, and I left feeling very unhappy with both the cut and the professionalism.

Needed to tidy up before a long flight to visit family. Nathan greeted me with a smile and provided first class service, engaging and professional. He’s popular but even with a slight queue building he never rushed the cut. Probably the best barber cut I’ve had for a very long time. Very happy.

I had a few hours to kill before my flight from Terminal 3 ... I wanted a quick haircut, so checked online and found Bardley's barber shop in Terminal 5 ... took the free Tube and found the place within a minute of arriving ... and had probably the best haircut I've had in years, from a guy called Ameen (spelling?). Only wish he worked closer to my home ... but, hell, it might even be worth travelling out to Heathrow just for the haircut! Highly recommended!

I travel 40 miles every month for a haircut in this salon in Terminal Five. Emin, who cuts my hair always does a very professional cut and gives attention to detail. I am always very impressed with the very high standard and Emin always is pleasant and reliable. It's worth traveling forty miles for such a great cut.

Overall - I did not have a good experience. The haircut was average-poor, the value for money is poor, and the barber was uprofessional. £25 is double the price of my local barber's with a worse outcome. My experience - the barber was incredibly unprofessional. He should not take personal phone calls lasting several minutes in the middle of an appointment. When he finished my haircut, he was visibly affronted when I asked him to make some adjustments and he proceeded to handle my head and hair aggressively (he even poked my eye with his hairdryer, which fortunately was shut) and said some odd things. For example, visibly annoyed, he asked if I was "stressed" (to which I replied "no") and insisted he'd been a barber for 26 years (he was clearly offended when I asked him to make some adjustments, even though he said this wasn't a problem). Overall, a bad and a weird experience.
