   I moved to Southall a few weeks ago and I was looking for a new barber. I looked up barbers in the area and saw that Mara had really good reviews, so I decided to go with them. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment, the barber shop itself feels extremely homely and it also has a little coffee/snack shop inside with a few chairs and a TV where you can chill until your appointment. A latte only costs 1,5£ and it tastes way better than any Costa or Starbucks coffee! The lady who serves you the drinks/snacks is really kind, she tailors your drink to your taste, making it exactly the way you would have it at home! You can also buy snacks and food if you are hungry. Mr. Mara cut my hair, based on 2 photos he knew exactly what to do. He is very friendly, open minded and hard working and you can tell that he is very educated in hair styles and haircuts. He does not just cut your hair but also cares for it and gives you tips how to keep it healthy. If you are not sure he can recommend things to you and he makes sure you are happy with the selected style/length before going any further. My haircut came out exactly the way I wanted it/had it for 3 years with my previous barber thanks to Mr. Mara's professionalism. Overall the whole place feels like you are in a home environment, among great and lovely people. 10/10 would recommend to anybody, I just found my new barber!
