Went in October half term. The 50% deal was worth it. Lucky with the weather. Generally a great day with friends. Just to note that few of the animals had already been put away - presumably for winter. Signs up would have helped to save us walking to find they weren't there. Time was wasted. I removed a star because in the gate it said open until 5pm, larger rides said open till 4pm, but in reality it was about 3:10 that people were stopped. So despite having time for a ride, we couldn't get in. Signs should explain this so that visitors can plan appropriately. In addition, on the largest rides, there seemed to be excess amounts of fast passes being allowed on. This meant our kids were very disappointed to only manage one ride after lunch. In retrospect, we should have got fast passes for our children who have ADHD. This option could be made clearer.

lovely caravans park really comfortable statics and well kitted out. The theme park is a good day out for all the family but a bit disappointing end of season some rides not open and those that were either opening late or closing early because of lack of light this I don't feel is 3.30 which is when most of queues closed. Zoo is good with a good selection of animals and informative keeper talks and various feeding times to be watched

I do not recommend this park, one big scam, 30% of the carousels were closed, the game areas where you could win plush toys were also closed, only two were open, the train was not running, a lot of animals were not available. I took my child for his birthday to have a great time. I paid for everything that was supposed to be available, and almost half of the parks were closed for children. I do not recommend it, I will not return, scammers, avoid this park.

Flamingo Land is a nice theme park in Malton. Getting here with public transport seems difficult, but it's really comfortable by car. We visited on a rather quiet day, but operations were slow and many of the big coasters were running on one train so we still had to wait a good while on some attractions. Sik was closed for the first half of the day but luckily it was fixed in time so that we could have a ride. Hero was closed all day. I think my biggest problem with this park is that they are really missing that standout coaster that really makes you want to travel to this park. Right now I only really visited because of the quantity of roller coasters. For the ride lineup we really enjoyed Mumbo Jumbo and Kumali, which were conveniently placed close to each other at the back of the park. Sik was a miss for me unfortunately, since I found the lap bars to be more uncomfortable than an over-the-shoulder restraint on e.g. Colossus in Thorpe Park, especially in the 5 heartline rolls. The park is overall quite clean, but the theming is lacking. It kinda feels like a big plaza where all the attractions are just placed down next to each other. Kumali does have a nice atmosphere though running next to the lake and with the big entrance sign. I can't say that I was disappointed, but I probably won't be visiting the park again unless they open a new headlining coaster in the future.

Great theme park & zoo Don't think I've ever come in the 6 week holidays. Arrived at 11 and left at 5pm. Managed 4 rides in 6hours. Ques horrendous during the holidays. Seems there's no cap on entry (which I always thought there was, but maybe wrong) Enjoyed the new upgrade of the zoo area, seal viewing area and what looks to be seating for shows at a later date? Looking forward to seeing the lions getting an upgrade as it does look run down. Wasps ...loads of them blooming things! Overall had a great day. Be prepared to spend £2.30 on a bottle of water and upto £4.60 for a slush. They have now got reusable cups available. 1 for £18, can't remember how much it was for 2 and £36 for 3, this will give you free refills throughout the park, great for a hot day!

Visited flamingo land recently and was blown away by everything! It was so good! Me and my partner were massively impressed by the resort we loved it all, the theme park was excellent very clean and fun! There are top thrill rides and medium sized rides and smaller family rides. The facilities were top notch and the prices were very reasonable! But the zoo was just amazing!! The amount to explore was awesome, the range of animals was incredible and they all seemed very happy and clean but also the enclosures were brilliant with plenty of space and good viewing. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would definitely go back! Also the car park was free. I would put flamingo land above chessington easy! Well done guys and keep up all the good work.

Had several really good days out here over the last few years. We visited recently as a large family of 13, ranging from 4 years old to 74 years old! We all had a great time. There were attractions for us all to enjoy. My mum was in a mobility scooter, my daughter was in a wheelchair and another one of my children has a 'hidden disability'. Although not perfect , the policies and extra measures put in place by the Flamingo Lane team worked really well for us and supported us to have a successful day out, without having to leave early (which can often be the case when making day trips out with a disabled child). I actually wrote to them after our visit to thank and commend them on their accessibility measures as I was so pleased and impressed. Tickets are not cheap! But ensure you get there at opening time to make a full day of it. It's a good place to visit for a treat and or special occasion. Tickets are better priced if purchased in advance online.

Wonderful place to take the kids, great fun for the adults too. I was a little concerned being able to enjoy the full park due to being a XXL woman. I fit comfortably on all rides and was comfortable. I even fit on one of the children's rides with my niece. Unfortunately one of the rides broke down but we got given 2 ride passes meaning we could skip the queue on 1 ride, a nice gesture. We just wish there was more time in the day to enjoy everything that was there. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic day out for all the family or friends. Plenty to do from start to finish. Kids rides plenty! adult rides plenty! Pirate show great. Loads and varied food outlets around the park although a little to strep in price but it's kind of expected really. The kids loved the meet and greet with Peter Rabbit and had an opportunity to get a photo. Handy to have the map of site downloaded to phone. large Park with a great zoo which has plenty of animals. Parking is free and it's cheaper to buy tickets to park before you go. As this was out of main holiday season it was so quiet no queues hardly for anything but from past experience gets busy peak times. Staff were generally very friendly and interactive and helpful. Easy to get most things done in a day when quiet but peak you would need 2 days to prob do all the stuff.

Good place for a family day out. We were there in April and it wasn't busy so there were no queues for the rides. Rides are short but good and fast so kids loved it. Animals seem well looked after and sea lion show is worth the visit. Place is ideal for under 9 years old children as they have plenty of entertainment for them. The only downside is the quality of the food and limited options for vegetarians or vegans but you'll be fine with the slice of pizza or Chinese.
