I have an "unconventional hair", so I reluctantly go to barbershops as they gave bad haircut time after time. But that is has changed with this place. Best hair cut and customer service I have ever received in the UK
I’ve been going to this place for quite a few years now and it is always amazing. The owner is a really nice guy and always makes my hair look amazing. I would highly recommend this place as the price is really good and the service is 10/10. The photo is an amazing example of his amazing work!
Love the look of the place since being redone. Have come here for at least thirty years. Even when I moved out of the area I would wait until visiting my mum to come here for a haircut as I couldn’t find another barber that compares! This man is a wonderful person and a skilled professional and it all comes at a reasonable price. Can’t recommend highly enough

I've had my hair (what there is of it) cut at John's for more years than I can remember. The barbers have all been brilliant. Intelligent conversation. Friendly. Meticulous in their work. The present barber is a super guy. My visits are short (not much hair to work on) but always enjoyable and I feel better for them. I strongly recommend regardless of how much hair you have.

Best barber going! Been going since I first needed a hair cut (about 25+ years ago), I've moved houses a few times, so tried out different barbers and still found myself coming back! I certainly won't be trying any others again.
I have been coming here for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else! Mehmet is an excellent barber and excellent value. He is also proving to be hugely flexible in accommodating last minute requests for haircuts! Highly recommended
