Some staff are abit rude and unhelpful especially everytime I call in this store after being served there are always no thank you or ewt and I don’t think the staff have any manners whatsoever and it’s really rude not to!!
I visit your shop 2 times a week the staff are always talking amongst themselves on head sets I’m fed up of being ignored at the till I came in today was served by a gentleman no hello thank you nothing he was too busy talking to somebody on the headset this is every time I’m in your shop it’s not very professional. It’s really not on it’s been happening now now for well over 6 months. When I go in other shops in Birchwood my shopping experience is so much nicer when the staff actually talk to you.
First off the lady on the check out was very nice but the lad filling the shelfs was blocking the aisle with 3 L shape trollies and didn't even attempt to move them had to move them myself with my hands full. Not very good ease of movement around the shop
Terrible. The attitude of the lady that served us yesterday was abysmal. If you don't want to work in sales and a customer facing roll don't do it and take your attitude with you. Suffice to say I will never enter this store again. Which is a real shame because the products and offers are great with a clean store.
Got charged twice on my debit card - now have to visit store to get refund
Tidy and well presented store with some really good deals. I'm a regular shopper here and I receive fantastic friendly service with a chat and a smile from all of the staff bar one - who I believe is called Sue. I see her sigh and roll her eyes when I enter the store, I have known her to serve me through an entire transaction without even looking at me or uttering a word. She flings the products to the opposite side of the packing area to where I'm standing making it difficult for me to pack which then holds up other customers. I always try and be friendly with her but it is not reciprocated and I find her consistently rude and condescending. The thing is she's nice as pie, chatty and smiley to the next customer. I would've given this store 5 stars if it wasn't for this particular employee who really lets the company down in my opinion.

A very good place to pick up bargains. Staff are pleasant. I use it quite a lot.
