Had my haircut at both Bookham and Ashtead Barbers. Love the appointment systems as it gives me flexibility for my day by not waiting around when they are busy! All the staff are friendly, kind, welcoming and understanding. Also the proper coffees they offer are better than some coffee shops. Keep up the great work
Anna cuts my husband's hair - he wouldn't go anywhere else and trusts her implicitly. The staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Family business who have been in Ashtead for the last 50 odd years.
Just had my haircut, I remember a friend telling me of this place 33 years ago and now I know why his hairstyle was so Italian. Now I have his exact same haircut. Great friendly barbers and their concentration for detail is “fantastico oltre ogni immaginazione” (fantastic beyond belief) All I see are happy chatty customers and professional workers

I haven’t used Elios since 2015 when I got married. When I turned up today I couldn’t believe the staff remembered me. They are all so nice and accommodating. Special thanks to Anna. Great hair cut great service great people.
The Elios website clearly states that the Ashtead branch is walk-in only….and this is how I’ve used them with absolutely no difficulty, and short wait times, for the past 12 years since moving to Ashtead….I was a little surprised then to be asked if I had an appointment (nothing indicated I should) with the shop empty, apart from one customer, and be told to come back several hours later when I could be “squeezed in”….this was rather disappointing compounded by having to wait several minutes on the bench before being told to come back….
I have been using this barbers for many years and even now I have moved out of the area (Around 30 minutes drive away) I still come back as I like the staff and the hair cuts they provide. I tried a closer alternative, but they cut my hair extremely short (Not what I asked for and definitely not good when your losing it anyway lol), so I will not go elsewhere now.
