This is the 3rd time Iβve been here, the first 2 times were great but this time was dreadful. I asked for a faux hawk mullet and ended up with a sorry excuse for a French crop somehow. Despite showing my distaste for the haircut and saying itβs just not what I asked for, I received no remorse or sympathy from the woman and was even expected to pay full price. I would rate 0 of possible
Great barbershop, very lively atmosphere. Very friendly and talented barbers all round, have been going here for 4 years now, and will continue to do so as long as I have hair!! Wouldnβt trust anyone else! Amazing overall service!!
My son and I have been going here for the past 6 years. He loves to get his school cuts here and is always happy with the results. The owner and his staffs are very friendly. Great service all year round. Highly recommend this place if you are in Epsom.
I have been going to Cool Look for over 5 years now, the service is amazing, and the hair cut I receive is always exactly how I like it. Sometimes if I want to change my style, I will get great recommendations on what they think will suite me and once done they are always right! I started taking my son there a few years back too, and now he refuses to let anyone else cut his hair, a perfect school haircut and they really know how to treat children - which can sometimes be challenging getting them to get their hair done. Highly Recommended - and great value....
Been going here for 6-7 years! This is my go to place for a great haircut each month! Love the atmosphere and chilled vibe, no nonsense, nice and friendly and great value. Moved away from Epsom but still get the train there for my haircut, itβs worth the trip!
I bring my 9 year old son to this barber's for all his haircuts. My son is always happy with results and me too. Lewis is a very kind, friendly and positive man. Visiting his shop is always a very positive experience. The quality is very high, prices are very good. Highly recommended!
