The building itself is great — well maintained and quiet. No issues there. But it's important to note that many of the flats are let through Habito Limited, managed by Phil. My end-of-tenancy experience was difficult and ended in a formal dispute over my deposit, which I won. I've written a detailed review under "Habito Limited" — worth reading if you're considering renting here.

Great location, amazing flat, good price etc etc! Only huge negative is that the property manager, Phil would often come across as extremely rude, intimidating and discourteous. Making living there very uncomfortable.

Recently moved out but myself and my partner absolutely loved our 4 years living at 2020! Amazing location and price, everything we needed and all furnishing, appliances etc were a high standard. We lived for 1 and 1/2 years on the 5th floor and the remainder in a 6th floor balcony apartment. What really made our time so enjoyable at 2020 was feeling absolutely at home and safe the whole time. The team there, Phil & Lyndsay, Nick and other Phil, all went above and beyond for us, we always felt respected as tenants, and well looked after. We were really sad to leave, and only did so as we purchased a house. Full deposits back quickly both times we moved and no issues.

Well managed property in a good location with additional secured onsite parking. Phil and Co were very helpful and made the process of moving in and out extremely simple. Property was clean on arrival, and expected to be returned in the same condition. Robust policies on noise and communal areas kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Ideal property and location for professionals working within the city centre!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!!! I have moved out a month ago. The flat itself is in a good location but the agent is very RUDE! I've never come across such rude agents when you're the one who's paying them not vice versa. I would 100% agree with those who written negative comments as I had the same experience. You will NEVER get the total amount of your deposit back. They'll take some of your money back as either for cleaning (even though you've already cleaned it) and all these extra charges if you have to break your contract for any reason! When you live outside of your home, it's not just flat itself that matters but the agents also! As they should be the ones to help you. But in this case you feel stressed and to avoid contacting them at any cost! SO GUYS PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THIS!

The letting agent for the apartment is a con artist. Signs tenants up with cheap application fees to get you in then raise rent up with no contract, and at the end of your tenancy will invents reasons not to return the deposit. When you hand keys he told us everything okay and all good, what’s left of final reading need submitting and that’s all, then 7 hours later he emails us with a list of stuff he never discussed or documented with us at the time of inspection and handing keys. the finishes in the apartment are poor quality and falling apart as we found out in the beginning of tenancy he do the maintenance of the flats himself. Avoid at all cost. unfortunately we found out too late from friend that was renting at same building that exact same story happened to them. Avoid at all cost. As it’ll cost you your deposit. It seems to me they give you cheap application fee as if they helping tenant and they will make it back from your deposit at the end of tenancy. He picks on cleaning even if you hire professional cleaning company. Looks like this is where he makes the money.
