   The place has a very low build quality and visibly built very cheaply. You can hear the neighbours, often the doors aren't closing properly, there are leaks.

   Stayed with 4 friends for a weekend. Spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean and tidy. TVs in rooms which is good. There is a basic, astroturfed garden at the back which might suit people in the summer. There is not a lot in the area in terms of shops etc. but that suited us. We used taxis to travel 10/15 mins to where we wanted to go, and also had cars. If you don't have a car, it looks like there are buses to the centre from the main road nearby. The small ,private estate was very quiet when we stayed. A good base for a reasonable price for a group, I'd say!
