   Been here for just over a year now with our little family lived in 2 properties at this apartment block which we moved to suit the needs of our family, Livingway was so supportive and helpful with this. Everything we have needed has been supported and dealt with very promptly and professionally. No job is to big or small. Adam who’s on site weekly is amazing he’s such a massive part of making our community here exactly what it should be, he’s very helpful & friendly! He’s a credit to the company and the residents here!. He’s always checking in to see how things are. He really has made our stay here so much better and supported!

   Lived in this apartment for a year . Had to vacate because of location change else would have continued in Rufus court . We loved the apartment, it has access to asda (1.1miles), bus stop and there is also aldi, farmfoods (1.3 miles) . The environment here is very calm and also secure. It was a very pleasant stay , if we have any issues we had a liaison(Hayley) in the apartment alternate days who was very friendly and approachable. I liked the games conducted each quarter. It was fun to be part of it and also get to know our neighbour over the games , free food and drink. Leo is also very friendly and approachable . Totally loved staying here and would recommend to anyone who enjoys the not so busy life .

   Absolutely a rip off, do not trust or give this place your money or time. They’re disgusting and just after you money. They promised me and my partner for 2 months that we could have one of the apartments, took our deposit and 2 month later they decided to tell us someone was already living there. Not only did we loose money but we lost a lot of time as we were waiting around with no information from them for ages!. They also have extra costs on top of the monthly rent with take it up to at least 900 a month. Having a pet or to park near your apartment is an extra £50 each pet and car! The apartments isn’t in the best of places at all, you’d think this were located in the city centre for the price and the way they behave towards you.
