First time at specsavers but was well looked after.... loved that i could make my appt online and adjust it... was seen very promptly even though I was early and the optometrist was very thorough and explained everything so well.
Whenever I have visited Specsavers, all the staff are extremely courteous and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even towards the end of a shift when people just want to go home. Being a contact lens wearer, sometimes I have needed to experiment with different prescriptions in order to find the perfect lens and never have I been made to feel awkward about it. Thanks to all the team for your support
Excellent visit to Specsavers for new glasses - all staff were very friendly and informative - all diagnostic tests were fully explained by the optician and recommendations made. The young man who helped me chose a frame was extremely helpful and also detailed the different cost elements. On returning to collect my glasses I experienced the same helpfulness. Very impressed overall.
It's usually busy in Specsavers and that's because it's the best! Best prices, best selection and great service. I particularly love the Chesterfield branch as they are all very friendly, which puts you at ease. Because let's face it most people get uncomfortable with a stranger being that close!
Bought some reading glasses they are fine and do what I need. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Just disappointed that there were only 2 frames to choose from as I wanted a lower half frame only.
My new glasses are incredible. They are so comfortable to wear and give a renewed view of the wonders that surround us. I no longer feel the need to put my glasses on, take them off constantly throughout the day. I put them on in the morning and almost forget they're there, apart from the fact I can see everything so clearly. I also had a super deal with Specsavers. Glasses that should have cost £167 , only cost me £39.20 I had my voucher of £67.80, due to my disability and instead of having my 2nd frames for free, they allowed me to have reactolite lenses instead. Service was excellent at every stage. I would recommend Specsavers to anyone and everyone needing glasses. Thank you Specsavers!!
I sat on my glasses and broke the arm off. Arranged to come in and first class, got the same frames fitted with my lenses there and then. No waiting. Very good helpful staff solving my problem.
Although my appt was booked, it took some time to verify when l arrived. On moving upstairs l didn't feel particularly welcome either. The technician was pleasant and knew his job. Over all not a very good experience which l doubt l will repeat.
I went to Specsavers for new glasses. Because I was on a budget my current reading frames just had new lenses in them. Had new distance glasses same as last year polka dot. Absolutely love them. Thank you for always being helpful when choosing my right frames.
