   Lawrence, a young professional cut my hair, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in a long time, catered exactly to what I wanted! Took his time and just did magic, what a legend guy and a genuinely nice person to be around as a whole. Overall great vibes in the store, 100% my go to barbers from now, they seem like genuine authentic and professional barbers that know exactly what they’re doing. If you’re looking for a detailed haircut, especially where you’re playing with length and texture, or anything that requires real skill and not just a quick machine trim, I recommend you try these guys 100%, reasonable prices, though always fully booked, no wonder why..    I visited Diligence Barber Shop recently and was deeply disappointed by the staff’s unprofessionalism. When I politely inquired about adjusting the service price (a common practice elsewhere), the barbers responded with dismissive remarks and a lack of basic courtesy. Their tone was condescending, and they made no effort to address my concerns respectfully. A business should prioritize customer dignity, even during disagreements. Sadly, this experience reflects poorly on their values. I advise others to clarify pricing upfront or seek services elsewhere if expecting respectful communication.

   I’m usually super picky and pedantic with my trims, especially when it’s my first time at a new barbers. But I got the best trim I’ve had in London since moving to live here 2 years ago. Considering I have Afro hair and hairline receding at a stupid rate around the corners, this barber took good care of me. I got a skin fade, beard fade, straightened sides a bit and scissor tidy. Took his time, care and approached the corners meticulously, and I only had to explain the trim once at the start and off he went without doing ANYTHING risky. In fact I actually couldn't fault a single thing which was the mad thing. The trim took about 1 hour and cost £30, and if you’ve had the struggles that Ive had with trims in a new city you would not mind the price at all. I don’t even really write reviews but this is how much I’m gassed. Vibes were chill, no profanity, just seemed like good brothers. Occasionally music but not the whole time. Big up Mario, would definitely recommend to another and will be back soon.

   For £20 you can get better haircuts and service elsewhere. I got my haircut done. No complaints about that. But the way in which it was done worried me. Not that I'm picky about hygiene. But for starters, all the combs, trimmer and literally has hair on it. And the hairdresser used them without even washing or cleaning it. He reused an old blade to trim off the edges. At that time I couldn't say much as he was having a drink and doing haircut at the same time. I have social anxiety so that doesn't help me much. And they only wanted cash even though google pay sticker was on the mirrors. If you don't mind a haircut in an unhygienic area this is the place. I'm surprised how this has got a great reviews. Could this be another shop which is going downhill in the recent times compared to earlier.

   Regular customer here and best barber shop I've ever visited. Simple. Football in front of you - hygiene is taken seriously and they take care of your hair amazingly well. All barbers are very good people that you can actually talk to and altogether very professional. Highly recommend!
