I totally agree with tge comment about rude staff the young girl doing the reduced stock Sunday 7 December 1900 hours a straight forward polite answer to a simple question sarcastic bad manners isn't good customer service without customers no jobs
If i could put no stars i would, i have been in this local store on a few different mornings now and the same member of staff is on the till, one morning she was eating her breakfast as she served me, food rolling around in her mouth, never spoke, snatched the money out of my hand, she was so rude, on another occasion she served a customer before me and when they walked out her and another member of staff were calling and laughing about the poor woman who had left, about what she was wearing and how she looked. The staff are so miserable, but the woman in a morning on the till is awful, manners cost nothing, so rude. Before anyone says anything i did say something to the staff in question about there comments about the poor customer. Theres no need to be so rude, manners go a long way and cost you nothing, it's nice to be nice.
Good local store. More expensive than the larger stores. Friendly staff & good range of products. Just watch the dates on products. Most are close to end of date.
Just been in Tesco a young lad around 10 getting his mum Mother’s Day presents. When he got to the till he was 2 pound short but before anyone could offer the young man any money Mackenzie (hope it’s spelled right) who was on the till went straight to her pocket and paid the remainder on her card. Things like this by staff should be rewarded wonderful to see, she isn’t so old herself and obviously has been brought up the right way. Well done Mackenzie a credit to Tesco.
Always helpful, good selection, good deals
Out on an explore in Wigan for a couple of day's. So nipped in here for supplies. Great friendly staff. Lovely security girl at door. Great food.

Walked into this store and the staff were giggling and saying, here she comes, I can't serve her today or I will be sick. By this time they started spraying air freshener in just about every isle. I thought to myself, what is going on. There walked in a little elderly and frail lady. This is how tesco staff treat the vulnerable. Get to know the lady, every little helps. Then you could do the right thing and contact social service if she agrees for you to help. Everyone is fighting their own battle. We need a society that values everyone, despite their status. Similar situation unfold today where the lady behind the till start discussing me with another customer as I was on my mobile phone while trying to use the self service till. I was on the phone to a very distressed person and didn't want to end the call but on the other hand, I was hungry. I had to say I walked out without my shopping. All I can say is wow!
