   I recently moved out of Pin Yard, and I wanted to share my experience, especially the exceptional service provided by Bailey at reception. From the moment I moved in, she went above and beyond to make my time here as enjoyable as possible. She was always on hand to answer any queries and incredibly quick to sort out any issues, which were very rare. Her smile and bubbly personality every visit at reception was a highlight of my day. Bailey's dedication and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home and like part of a family. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and supportive environment in an apartment complex. I highly recommend Pin Yard to anyone considering moving here. The excellent facilities and the amazing staff, especially Bailey, ensure a fantastic living experience. Thank you to the Pin Yard team, for making my stay so memorable!

   I've just been Pinyard for a week and I feel great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I came to Leeds as a visiting scholar and settled there for a year. I inquired about the rental procedures online about half a year before I moved in. And two months before I moved in, I flew to the UK to experience the apartment in person. Deanne was very enthusiastic and helped me to choose the best apartment for me and I was very happy with the room. Although I am a foreign settler, which can mean a lot of paperwork and formalities, the staff assisted me with the rental process as quickly as possible. During the check-in, Jess, Bailey and Chiara were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you! In addition, the apartment has adequate security facilities, and the building has a garbage collection station. There are also various activities held regularly here to make me feel warm in a foreign country. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and 2-5 stops to shop near the city centre or the University of Leeds. A 12-15 minute walk will take you to the shopping parks of large supermarkets such as home bargain, M&S, poundlandd. costco is a 15-20 minute walk away. The Pinyard building also has plenty of indoor bike parking. Leeds Railway Station is also only 10-15 minutes' walk away (there is a detour at the entrance of Leeds Railway Station recently). So overall I think it's very convenient.

   I am staying at Pinyard since 2022 May. It is a fantastic apartment and when we moved into our flat, it was a brand new one. We are the 1st tenant. All the onsite stuffs are fantastic and they are very well behaved, very polite and helpfull. Ahmed was there when we moved in and he was fantastic. Since many of the old stuffs have moved and new stuffs have joined, new joiners are also very good. They are doing a fantastic job to make our life easy. We really feel like we are in our own home. Today I have met Rachel as interim inspection of our flat was due. She is very well behaved, soft spoken, kind. We are enjoying every day while staying at Pinyard.

   Great facilities in Pin Yard. My nephew moved in there and he is loving it. The staff, the safety and security of the building up to full standard. The price of residing there is justified. It is for young people and gym and all facilities are there for them.

   I am happy to call this place our home! Pin Yard is a newly built building, and the staff is lovely and very helpful!! They always go beyond by promoting events, helping us in our day-to-day life, even from miles away! I would like to especially thank Martin for his excellent work. Since day one, he helped us with everything we needed and even when we were in another country, he promptly helped us to get things sorted. Thank you very much!

   Awesome place to live…the staff really make a difference here by creating a community with events and a personal approach. It’s a new way of living and great for people like myself who are living on their own and want to mingle when in the mood. Ruth, Ahmed, Martin and Bailey deserve a shoutout for constantly having a smile on their face despite having to put up with us tennants on a daily basis. The flat is pretty nice too :)

   Ever since moving into the Pin Yard I’ve found the staff to be absolutely incredible and certainly the best staff I’ve ever come across in a building like this. They’ve made me feel very very welcome, giving me a lovely tour upon arrival. I got an excellent run down of all the facilities in the building and it made me feel much more comfortable with my move in. Everyone has been so friendly and every interaction is great with them. Their hospitality, combined with the high quality of the building, has certainly made me recommend this building to my friends already. Amazing!
