   This message is directed to the store owner. I have been shopping at this Lidl for more than 8 years, and the behaviour of some long-term staff members is absolutely disgraceful. A few employees are openly hostile, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. At the self-checkout, if a customer forgets to press a button or makes a small mistake while scanning items, these staff members start shouting and insulting people, calling them “stupid” or “sick”. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any customer-facing job and shows a total lack of culture, respect, and basic human decency. Not all employees are like this — there are polite and respectful staff — but these few individuals create a toxic and intimidating atmosphere. Their attitude drives customers away and seriously damages the reputation of the store. After so many years as a loyal customer, I find this treatment shocking. Management must take responsibility and deal with this issue immediately.

   Friendly and efficient staff.very clean shop. Well presented goods as well as foodstuffs. Excellent Bakery with staff who pay attention to the food they are preparing! Plenty of fresh veggies & fruit to choose from well presented and you can still buy fruit & veggies in singles without the dreaded and terrible plastic wrap. Plenty of free parking (always check out the details on the signage!) Room for improvement, Toilets often not working properly and in a mess, doors stick and difficult to open & close which at times make it extremely difficult for disabled people. Could do with a loo attendant here. Could do with the public not leaving a mess behind them too.

   I really hate giving bad reviews and always try to find a positive in a negative situation but i cannot believe how I have just been spoken to by a member of lidl cashier staff. The lady on checkout 4 at approx 11.30 this morning really needs to review her customer service attitude towards people.

   It had a mint tele and air fryer in there before Christmas. It was an absolute steal as well. I immediately regret my decision not to buy them. So, by all means it's a good little shop with some good stuff in it. Its also got a bog in it, which most don't. This must make it a premium Lidl worth praise.

   All the fridges and all the freezers were empty. Not able to complete my shop. It was more bare than shops were during covid. Staff state that they have no stock due to having NO STAFF at the Warrington distribution to get stock over to them. Shame on lidl, expected better logistics from them.
