Recently had a very pleasant customer service experience from Dante in here, coupled with a good haircut as per the instructions I gave. All the guys who work here have given me good trims.

I've been using Big Jim's Trims for 8 years, first the one in Ealing then the Chiswick walk-in shop for the last 6 years. The staff are friendly and professional, always do a fantastic job, and the music playlist bangs! Highly recommend them.
