Waste of time, useless company, didn't turn up to a viewing, if you can't get to a viewing on time how do you expect us to trust you'll fix a problem with a property

Worst letting agent ever. I took a flat from this letter agent in North street, South Kirkby. I first few months was okay and all of the sudden my flat door was badly damaged. I requested so many times to fix it but no body listened. Felt like they just wanted the flat rent that's it they even don't care about their tenants. Because of this small mistake of not fixing my door I got robbed by three forking robbers who break inside my house. Because of this issue I lost which I won't get it back. But I would say go anywhere and trust any lettings agent but don't trust this one called castle dwellings. My biggest mistake I ever made was trusting this agent and I leaned a big lesson. Thank you so much for not fixing my door for almost 2 months and getting me robbed at 3:00 am in the morning. Thanks alot.
Asked for a viewing on a property and they messaged me once very late on and again later down the line proclaiming the property was undergoing redecorating and now when I look on the website it is telling me it is let agreed seems like I dodged a mighty big bullet if that's the response time for a viewing and the none response, imagine renting a place and having issues with said property.
Very impressed with the service. Castle should be grateful they have Jasmin working for them she is a conscientious, caring member of staff. She helped us through the process and we are delighted with our purchase.
Just sold another property through Castle Dwellings. Great experience. I would urge anyone selling a property to use their services and to make sure the valuer is Ryan. Top bloke who knows his stuff. He’s the sort of person you need to push these things through when no one else is bothered about time scales or deadlines.

I have just used Castle to sell my house and could not recommend their services more highly and in particular a special mention to Sarah, without her help I don't think we would be in our new property now. Nothing was too much trouble she brokered between me and my buyer, constantly being our link between the solicitors and kept everyone updated right until the final day, sending constant emails, taking all my phone calls of which there were a lot and even staying late on a Friday so I could drop the keys in. Very professional responsive service, thank you for being the calm when we needed it and going the extra mile when required, we really appreciate all your help, thank you for all your hard work.
