I couldn't be happier with the care our cats received! Simeon was attentive, responsible, and clearly loved animals. He took the time to play with our cat, kept the litter box clean, and even sent daily updates and photos, which really gave us peace of mind. We came home to a happy and relaxed kitty—highly recommend and will definitely book again!
Simeon was very professional, friendly and was quick to respond. Our cat is very skittish and we were amazed that she took to Simeon immediately and was fine to sleep while a stranger was here. She usually runs away! While away we received updates and photos to assure us she was safe. We will definitely be using this pet service again, and would highly recommend it to others.

We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.

I would definitely recommend using this service. Simeon is great! It was incredibly reassuring to get daily updates whilst we were away & Simeon sent us pictures too. Our cats much preferred this to going in a battery. Will definitely use again.
Had a great experience entrusting our two house blobs to Simeon while we were away for a family reunion. He was professional, personable, and we left reassured that our cats would be taken care of. While away we received updates and photos, and we were even rescued by Simeon when our return flight date went awry. We contacted Simeon after our usual petsitter had had to cancel due to illness. It was fairly last minute but he squeezed us in! Simeon is very friendly and spent a good amount of time meeting our rats and talking about their needs. During our holiday we had regular updates and texts were answered promptly. We felt confident that our rats were well cared for and Simeon even put our bins out.
A very efficient and professional service, but with a personal touch. Simeon looked after our two cats, visiting our home daily, whilst we were away on holiday and updated with emails and photographs, which was very reassuring. He is very mindful of security and confidentiality, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
