   Don’t usually leave reviews. Moved in September 2025, raised issues within the first week with the bathroom tiling, grouting missing and now black mould due to the bathtub leaning to one side holding water. Water damage to the floor in the bathroom, the wooden door and underfloor wood rotting as well as other small repairs (lights bulbs out, door threshold loose etc). The smell of rotting wood and tiles wobbling is unbearable. Sent multiple emails to chase, eventually a contractor came out approximately 4.5 weeks after first raising the issue, confirmed the issue and awaited approval from landlord for the works to be carried out. Received approval from landlord 07/11/2025, now 3 weeks later not been contacted by anyone. Called FSL estate agents to ask if any update on when the works can be completed, unfortunately they only have One contractor who manages their own diary and is working on other jobs raised before mine in September 2025 and are unsure if the work will be completed in 2025. FSL estate agent staff are lovely, Carley has been helpful and it is a family run business however can not help but feel extremely disheartened and disappointed. In an extremely vulnerable place in my life and want nothing more than to be able to take a warm shower or bath in my own apartment just to wash the smell of death after a long day with loved one in palliative care. Without making the mould or smell of rotting worse in the bathroom as I do not know when or if this will ever get fixed. The contractor when visiting the property said it would be treated as a priority as it was a safety concern, but the estate agent have said it is safe to use.

   From start to finish FSL have been absolutely fantastic. We have just started renting a gorgeous bungalow and Carley who works at FSL has been 110% brilliant, helping both my husband and I every step of the way and making sure everything went smoothly for us. There's been no problems or issues and Carley has made herself available to us 24/7 when we've had a questions. Their personal touch is without doubt second to none and would recommend anyone considering using an estate agent to definitely consider using them. Amanda & David Judd
