   I've never seen an unprofessional agency like Reed rains ,my partner nd I acquired a house from this agency , we were asked to pay for holding fees which we did ànd they assured us the house has been given to us what they need is our particulars to proceed with ,we gave them everything I mean everything" for them to proceed .This agency gave us an assurance saying everything is been finalised and they keys will be handed over to us on the 29th of October 2025,our old tenancy agreement too was due on the 31st of October 2025 which we had already given notice to our landlord that we will be moving on that day ,The funny thing my partner kept calling reeds rain to let them know how far with the process and they responded back saying everything is fine and the keys will be handed on the 29th ..fast forward 29th we called them and the prosponded it to 31st which was our last day to evacuate from the house and move into the new house .On the 31st my partner called and what they could tell him is they are still on the process whaaaat .I'm currently a 3 months postpartum mum was traumatised as we didn't know where to go ,called our landlord to check if he can continue with us again us we've been disappointed by reeds rains. Infact would say reeds rains ain't reliable and unprofessional so please be aware. Don't be a victim !!!

   Jack was the sales agent for a property I was buying and he was lovely, really helpful and I appreciated that he would acknowledge emails even if he was still waiting for an answer from the seller, so always knew that he had tried to communicate with them. Also was initially shown around the property by David who was friendly and helpful

   Very helpful & professional. This was the sale of my mothers' property carried out remotely as I live elsewhere. From the initial valuation by David through to the management of accompanied viewings by Janet they were always informative. Janet handled sale negotiations very efficiently and the Reeds Rains app was helpful in monitoring progress. Happy to thoroughly recommend.
