   I have been a tenant with CA Properties for 10 years. The property has been modernised to suit my needs and taste, after I was given permission to refurbish and redecorate it. I am happy with this property and am very impressed with the support I have received from a warm friendly team at the Landlords over the years. They do work to high standards and are very responsive to help with any minor issues or emergency repairs. I am happy to meet their standards too, and I feel comfortably settled.

   Rented a property with CA Properties in Hunslet, I only have positive things to say about them! They were very friendly throughout the tenancy, were always on hand to help when needed, and were pleasant to deal with during the moving out process too. Had an opportunity to move in with a family member not arose, I would’ve most likely still been there today. Great team, one of the good letting agencies for sure (which is hard to find these days). Rest assured this group can be trusted and I wish them the best going forward :)

   I recently completed a stay in an apartment managed by CA Properties, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The move-in and move-out procedures were straightforward, and the agency was incredibly fair and transparent in all their dealings. The documentation provided was clear, easy to understand, and free of any ambiguities, which made the entire rental process stress-free. Additionally, the agency took excellent care of the property, regularly cleaning the communal areas and ensuring waste was disposed of properly. Overall, my time with them was highly positive and hassle-free.

The location was perfect, providing easy access to local shops, transport links, and the vibrant city center. What truly made my stay exceptional was the integrity and supportiveness of the landlord. They were always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Any issues were promptly addressed, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout my tenancy.    Of all the letting agents I talked to, Ross was the only one who asked about my family and that really impressed me. This kind of dealing with the client proves what kind of company he represents. Right from the start, CA Properties has shown nothing but respect and professionalism. Good people to talk to, they treat clients like family and they are quick in communications. The turnover is fast, the unit is clean and everything is documented, going above and beyond to make it happen. . They are also very efficient, just a few days after I moved in there was a minor issue in my house that I immediately reported. They sent someone to fix it right away which was just amazing. If I have any letting agency to recommend to my friends, it is none other than CA Properties. I am happy to start new memories with my family with your help. Kudos to everyone at CA!

   We rented with CA from June 2020-May 2022, we couldn’t ask for a better set of people to rent from. CA is a family run business and they truly couldn’t do more to ensure your renting experience is as easy and as smooth as possible. Any maintenance was dealt with professionally and very quickly! One experience we are most grateful for is when We had a few issues with our boiler, we had to phone CA on a weekend out of hours and our heating wouldn’t work, it was in the colder months so we was worried about having no heating and hot water. CA ensured we would be ok by getting an emergency maintenance appointment the same day for this to be rectified, we were also given electric heaters to ensure we were warm whilst the issue was resolved. We couldn’t be more grateful for such good service and such lovely landlords and will always be thankful to the team for making our first time renting a pleasure. Highly recommend anyone looking to rent to go with CA! Thanks for having us and all the best!

   CA Properties are the best landlord/letting agency in Leeds (if not the UK), without a doubt. So efficient and friendly! They don't hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and safe in the property. Always quick to get work done, and their properties are done up to the highest standard. It's always a pleasure to communicate with them, and you know they truly care about you having a great experience and a comfortable home to live in. Having rented with other letting agents/landlords that barely reply, take ages to fix things, just don't give you a great experience - the difference is like night and day. I hope I don't ever have to move because there's no other landlord/letting agency like them around. I truly can't recommend them enough - they're like gold-dust!

   We rented with CA properties for about approximately 3 years and from start to finish i have nothing but good things to say. They were very professional and polite the entire way, no issue or job was too big or small and they were always there when we needed them and were swift at returning the deposit. I just wish every landlord was like this. They set the bar high and treat you like family. I highly recommend them and if someone is considering renting, having a good landlord makes a huge difference. Big thanks again to everyone at CA properties.
