   Entirely happy with the service offered by Hodsons. Very professional throughout, since our first meeting with James, on a day to day basis with Louise and right through to completion. We were fortunate in that our property sold within 2 weeks, but Hodsons kept themselves involved thereafter, updating us on the status of the chain and offering advice on surveys etc. All in all we recieved top level service and Hodsons would be highly recommended.

   Can’t recommend highly enough We appointed Hodson’s to sell my father’s shared ownership retirement flat after he died. It was a long process. Following delays caused by our solicitors, two buyers pulled out before we finally sold the property last week. Louise Higginbottom was efficient, attentive and professional throughout. Just when we thought her service could be no better, she would surprise us again. I don’t believe we could have found a better agent anywhere. I recommend Hodson’s without reservation. We paid them a percentage of the relatively low sale price. We got the service we might have expected for a property worth 10 times as much.

The sales side and the rental side work together seamlessly. They also kept abreast of progress and communicated with solicitors where necessary so the need for my involvement was minimal.
