   I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to DB Barbers. My last haircut here was good, so I came back with the same expectations, especially since I’m flying back to my country after a year and wanted to look my best. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely opposite. The barber who attended me today clearly lacked the basic skills required for the job. He ruined my fade, messed up my hairline, and completely spoiled my beard. It honestly looked like he had no idea what he was doing. On top of that, he was in such a hurry that he actually said, “Bro, I’m done, you can check in the mirror and let me know if you need anything because the next customer is waiting.” That is unacceptable I’m paying for this service, and until I’m satisfied, the barber should not rush me out the chair just because someone else is waiting.I left the shop frustrated and unhappy, and instead of feeling confident before my trip, I now feel the opposite. It’s shocking that a barber shop would employ someone with such poor skills and such a rude attitude. This doesn’t just ruin the customer’s look, it ruins their trust in the business. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this shop, and I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to take action because this level of service is unacceptable.

   I’ve never really been content with my haircuts here but it’s the closest to where I live and convenient. I thought I’d try it one more time and it’ll now be the last time. I asked for a beard trim and simply the back & sides - circa £10, as that is what it says on the price list. The barber commenced and then when completed that, said I had to have the top cut as well. I said no I don’t want that thanks (I thought it’s my hair and head) but he made excuses for the top not looking right and that it had to be cut. It’s now way too short from what I wanted and I got charged £27. Typically English of me not to complain there and then, i know. It’s either sheered like a sheep or you walk out the same as you did going in with nothing off hardly - no in between.

   Been here a few times. I wasn't very pleased with how rushed he cut my hair (think he was the owner - far left chair) despite not being busy when I arrived. He is very fast with his hands and scarped my forehead with scissors when he was doing the scissor cut. (luckily there was no cut). Also, the way he used the blade to shape up at the back with his hands like a jab like motion with not taking much due and care attention. Don't think i'll be going here again.
