   It's ok, the parking length and system could do with a little work and nuance, in particular for people with mobility difficulties, who may need longer to do their shopping. The place is pretty decent, standard fair for a supermarket, definitely feels small and like it's serving a small town or village, thought the cafe looks nice enough and the pharmacy is good, particularly being open on weekends, it's very handy. It's a shame there isn't much way to expand, as extra space would make for more range and more stock, so people would be less inclined to drive out to a larger supermarket. Otherwise, the place ticks most boxes, isn't really overpriced, as long as a points card is being used. A handful of extra kiosks are useful. Opening hours could stand to be better (24hr ideally but closing at midnight or 10pm) even if the kiosks close before the main store. And maybe a covered and lockable way to store powered mobility devices like scooters, or powered attachments for wheelchairs. Much like a bike box, or the trolley keepers/lockers already in place.

   Excellent parking, safe and well managed, easy access to store and town centre too. Useful concession inside with Timpsons for key cutting etc, as you go into store. There is toilet facility inside store and excellent pharmacy, plus cafe if you are hungry. Friendly staff in store and easy to navigate top quality fresh food and range of products like milk, bread and eggs.

   I love shopping at any Morrisons Super store. Satisfied with some of the items I can get there. The staff are always friendly.Toilets are available in all morrisons I've been in. I've been in many.

   Avoid. Store is always a mess, understocked and their manager (in particular, not the staff) is dismissive and rude. Seemed more interested in asserting authority for the sake of it, rather than taking a beat to provide genuine customer care; obstructive rather than helpful.

   This place must have it's head up it's side. I placed an order on Uber and they haven't provided anything. I ordered lemonade, pop, tiger bread, and other things. They have gave me NONE of the items I ordered and this is a joke. £20 down the drain. Thankfully Uber offered to refund me but I shouldn't have to complain about how the staff are clearly incompetent and unable to provide me with the order I asked for. And since I am not as able as some others this makes me even more upset. SHAME ON YOU ALL.

   Used to be really great but staff laziness and a I don't care about my job attitude has really ruined it for me. One of my favourite parts of Morrisons is the Pizza counter but it's become a joke as staff never want to do anything, they're always on breaks and always seem to have no ingredients. The other day I went in and was told by a male staff member (someone I've noticed is notorious for not wanting to do their job) that they ran out of pizza bases and that they're getting some in at 2, so I come back later only to be told that they didn't and he lied to get out of doing any work. It's really bad.

   My wife went to do our weekly shop on Monday like she as done for the last 10 years . Then she nip into Ormskirk town centre to get a few items. She as received a £100 fine saying she had stayed over her time in the car park. We didn't know there was a time limit on the car park and on the fine it does not say how long you are allowed. So we will not be frequenting morrisons again..

   We visited Ormskirk town centre for the first time in a couple of years. It came time for a coffee and snack, so we headed for Morrisons cafe, a place that we knew from many previous visits to provide good food, good service in a clean, warm and welcoming environment...... that was our expectations....what a shock to experience what a shambles this place has become. Once a thriving hub adorned by happy, welcoming, counter staff who had time to intetact and engage in short but social conversation and banter that helped brighten up your day. Happy, friendly staff observed busily engaged keeping the place spotlessly clean. You could rely upon a clean table at which to consume your food and tables were cleared and cleaned swiftly upon evacuation as new clients eagerly looked to occupy it. Well, fast forward a couple of years since our last visit Gone are the friendly welcoming counter staff, nobody to be seen, just a clinical, inpersonal, ubiquitous germ-laden 'touch screen' to faff around navigating in order to place an order. Then a conundrum as to how to obtain the coffee that we had ordered as BOTH of the "plop plop plop" coffee machines were unusable, one "out if order", the other (alledgedly) according to the sign "cleaning in progress" but there was no one to be seen cleaning it. There was no mention anywhere as to how a coffee can be obtained, no staff to be seen to enquire with either. I had to ask a till worker who informed me that I would have to go to the coffee dispensing machine situated in the adjacent to the main door. My partner selected a table whilst I went off trekking to obtain our coffees. After a lengthy walk to the front door I discovered the machine shoe-horned into a tight corner. There was a queue of 4 people eagerly urging the "plop plop plop" machine to get-on-with-it. Engaging and interesting conversation with fellow queue members revealed that the cafe machines had been out of use for several months! Upon my return to the cafe my partner had already eaten her meal, mine was now cold having sat there for many minutes. The table had not been cleaned, food and drink residue, disgarded salt and sauce sachets made for an unpleasant dining experience. I asked my partner why a clean table wasn't chosen, she told me there wasn't one. Looking around I saw tables adorned with dirty crockery and utensils accompanied by other discarded sundries. Disgraceful. If they couldn't be bothered to ensure that the customer facing ares weren't clean and presentable then I have to question the hygiene standards in the kitchen. A very unpleasant experience that I have no intention of repeating. Clearly zero management & Profits before people, so why can't I rate zero stars? It doesn't deserve even one star. On future visits to Ormskirk we will be careful in selecting a business that has pride in their presentation, give confidence with their hygiene standards, are welcoming and value their patrons.
