Great location, just off main road, so easy to find. Beautiful property and surrounding gardens. Lovely and peaceful. Garden room we had had everything you needed, including small fridge, stocked with milk and water, which was lovely touch. Karen was lovely host, even letting us meet her gorgeous dogs! Breakfast delivered to our room was wonderful - too much to eat it all! Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks again Karen.

Very pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious. We couldn't eat it all! I needed non dairy and my breakfast was well thought out with that in mind. Very clean and a lovely place to seat under the grape vines.

Stayed overnight to attend a course in Upton Hall (British Horological Institute). Arrived late, but was made instantly welcome. Beautiful house in a lovely woodland setting with spectacular trees, The rooms (2) have been recently very tastefully re-decorated, warm and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast arrives in a special “box” with fresh warm breads, fruit bowl, granola, yoghurt, fresh juice, honey and marmalade. All wonderful. In summer, you could sit and have breakfast outside your room under a vine pergola- and watch the wildlife (rabbits etc). Highly recommended!

My partner and I, my housemate and their partner all stayed for a night to attend something nearby. We were greeted at the gate by one of the lovely, friendly owners, (and had plenty of space to park). She showed us the rooms and gave us a choice of linking the rooms by unlocking the door to a small corridor between them. The owners were fully contactable throughout and were happy to chat if we wanted the company. They have their own entrance to the rest of the house though and able to be silent providers should we not have wanted company. The beds were so pretty and comfortable, the rooms well stocked for tea coffee etc and the showers were just awesome. The breakfast was wonderful - delivered in a beautiful box with hot rolls, fruit, cereal and so many cute little jars of spreads, bottles of milk and juice. We all felt so relaxed and well looked after here, we will definitely try to find an excuse to visit again next year

Although we were late arriving Karen was looking out for us and gave us a warm welcome. The room was very cosy and everything spotlessly clean, I don't know how she does it! We had a comfortable night and eagerly awaited the breakfast box which was absolutely amazing including, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, warm rolls and pain au chocolat! A real feast. The house is very quiet and set in peaceful grounds. This was our second visit and we are definitely looking forward to next time! Karen is a natural host.
