I keep trying to find better …there is NONE better …especially Victoria location! Such a good cut . It can be pricey …but well worth it

I went to the Mayfair branch and had an amazing experience, I moved to the area and thought this one would be at the same standard. It isn't unfortunately, always issues with booking when I try to book a regular slot and when I notice that the barber has accidentally cut my hair when I asked it not to be touched then I notice clumps of it in my hand and then trying to be gas lit that big clumps are falling out naturally is just ridiculous. It's sad as I had viewed this company so highly but I must have had a bad couple experiences in this place (been going for a consistent 10 cuts) must be my bad luck

Always a pleasant experience at this Turkish barbers. Nice haircut. Just one minor niggle, when you go to pay, you have to tap on 'tip or no tip' before you can make the payment, and with the barber standing in front of you! Some customers might feel a bit pressured into adding a gratuity. On this occasion I wasn't particularly flushed so I just paid the £42.
Aksel at Victoria is the best barber I’ve ever seen. Been with him now for years and won’t change. Very skilled!
the haircut itself was okay, but by no stretch of the imagination does it justify the price. came for a touch up and ended up spending £42. i’m growing my hair out so the haircut took about 15 minutes. barber said that next time they’ll charge £25 for a touch up, so i left dissatisfied that they told me this after paying the full price. i feel like it may be worth it if you are going for a serious make-over and want to treat yourself, it’s fairly conveniently located too. however, the service i would say is poor and they don’t have the customers best interest at heart. i feel like the barber had a sense he didn’t treat me fairly yet (hence ‘next time cheaper’) but simultaneously didn’t do anything about it - im not sure what’s worse. also, they kind of get you to do these extra things like a warm towel that are supposed to make you feel like it’s worth the price whereas in reality you just spent double on a very average haircut. also, didn’t receive any ‘consultation’, never got the drink they offered and didn’t get my hair washed after - overall i would say I paid 3 times the value of the cut i personally received. i will be looking for a different barber.

Excellent place. Great environment, generous and friendly staff. I had a really great buzz cut and beard trim from Eihan who listened perfectly to what I wanted. Highly recommended.
