   I wasn’t really happy with my recent visit. The new barber kept talking to his colleague about my haircut in their own language, which made me feel uncomfortable - it’s also very unprofessional!!! On top of that, he seemed rushed and more focused on getting to other customers rather than listening to my instructions or making sure I got the haircut I asked for. I expect more care and attention to detail. Also, it’s 2025 — please stop asking customers to pay in cash.

   Outstanding cut as usual, I’ve had a few of the different chaps here now and I’ve not been disappointed yet. Very difficult to find a barbers you can trust consistently in London, especially if you don’t just want a fade, but I haven’t been let down yet here. Really exceptional service, and attention to detail, especially for the price. Will 100% be back.
