Evan's a fantastic barber. He could tell I was unsure of what was best for me to 'order' so he asked me: what's wrong with your current hairstyle to you? This focused my thoughts, showed he was genuinely interested, and he understood perfectly what I wanted to get out of my haircut after this. He's constantly checking with me that his actions are in line with my preferences and it means by the end I'm very happy. It's clear his only aim is: to provide the best haircut for each customer. Can't ask for more than that. (Waited until 2 haircuts before writing this)
