   We were recently looking to move house due to our family expanding and booked to view a property (to rent) with Shaun Mellor. Unfortunately, we did not get this property, and my husband and I thought no more of it. Shortly after, Mark and Simon reached out to us and told us that they were gutted that we did not the property, and offered us another one that they thought would be perfect for us. Long story short: we are now living in our absolute dream home. The paperwork side was incredibly easy and digital (saving us from countless paper copies of contracts) and they supported us with everything in the process of moving in. We found a maintenance fault that needed rectifying once we had moved in, and they promptly came back to us with a solution that benefitted both us and the landlord. We are only two weeks into our tenancy, but we would already recommend Shaun Mellor over other letting agencies in/around Morley.

I have rented via Shaun Mellor but also just completed a purchase with Shaun Mellor.    What a fantastic company. I am so pleased at the service I have been given so far. I had been having serious issues with my previous letting agents and I had just about given up on being a landlord. I decided to keep going and got in touch with Shaun Mellor Properties. I spoke with Mark who was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He gave great advice and he knew his stuff. The communication I received was fabulous a breath of fresh air from previous agents. I was kept in the loop from start to finish. The maintenance team they have were talented and professional and reasonably priced. The onsite team are also very personable and helpful. It took less than a week to rent my property with a good tenant, which at the end of the day is what we need as landlords. It was not just about getting anyone for Mark and his team. He made sure that we had the right tenant. Proper referencing checks. He did all the viewings and gave great feedback as we had multiple offers again showing how well they marketed the property. The marketing was fabulous and photography very professional and made my property looked fantastic. Which will have been a great reason to why it was let so quickly. Since then the move in process was smooth and Mark dealt with everything it was completely stress free which is how I wanted it to be. I recently also had a 3 month inspection and the report was incredibly detailed and I knew exactly how my property was being kept. Far better than what I had in the past. If you are looking for a letting agent that communicates, feel comfortable with and trust to look after your property, than Mark and the team are my recommendation. I can not thank them enough and they have restored my faith in being a landlord.
