Wonderfully kind barber who put my rather opinionated 5yo at ease. Clean and child friendly environment and the haircut was beautifully done as well. It's cash only. I only had my phone with me and Colin kindly let me come back tomorrow to pay! Highly recommend!
We had the most incredible experience at SD Barbers after several bad experiences taking our toddler. He understood how ti create a fun and safe environment so that our child felt comfortable getting his hair cut. 10/10 experience would recommend to all parents especially of those children who kick off during hair cuts! My 13 month old had such a brilliant experience here for his first hair cut. Collin was so kind and patient with him. Before he started cutting he made sure Felix was comfortable - he showed him a teddy and modelled cutting teddy's hair, he blew bubbles and allowed Felix to brush his hair. Then during the cut he took his time and was so patient with him when he moved about and got out different toys to keep his attention. A truly wonderful experience and a great hair cut at the end of it!
I took my 18 month old son for his first cut today and couldn’t be more impressed! The barber was very kind and gentle while his very helpful assistants did a brilliant job of distracting him with bubbles, toys and an episode of Mr Tumble. The cut is exactly what I wanted as well. We’ll be back!
Could not recommend Colin enough. An absolutely fantastic guy who is so talented at his job and incredibly friendly. Started going to him in may last year and won’t go anywhere else. Has a great rapport with all his customers and does a superb job at a very reasonable price!
Took my son for his first haircut, the barber was fantastic and interacted really well with my son, had a lot of patience and was overall really friendly. Had toys, books for my son to stay entertained as well as a tv and a car to sit in during the haircut. The haircut itself, looks lovely he’s done a fantastic job and will be going back in the future, thank you!
