Always worth the trip down to Kneck Tapers in New Cross. I still take the time to come down with my two lads and we always get looked after like family. The level of detail and care they put into every cut is spot on — never rushed, always proper. I took my son to get a haircut and we had an excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we were very well looked after by the staff, who were extremely attentive and professional. The environment is pleasant and well organized, and the barber had a lot of patience and skill to make the cut exactly how we wanted. My son was very happy with the result! By far the best barber in New Cross! Yunus was friendly and professional. The haircut and the fade was exceptional. The techniques he had speaks how experienced and talented he is. And oh, the hot towel and the facial massage was also so relaxing! Much needed after a long day of work! Will definitely come back and will recommend to all family and friends.

I had the best hair care and beard experience here! There hasn't been a barber shop in this area with this level of service and these type of services the entire time I've lived here in the last 12 years. If you want to place that gives you a very personalised service and has some services like hot towels and drinks in a very comfortable atmosphere this is absolutely the place to go. I have a very big beard and I found that a lot of people don't necessarily know how to trim big beards. The service I had was absolutely phenomenal. I was given a beard trim. That was the best I probably ever had. And also had my head in beard washed and had a hot towel and it was all very affordable. This was a very relaxing and very professional experience. It's very clear that the owner has a lot of experience and he's very personable and friendly. This well absolutely be the place I go from now on.
