I'm traveling in the area and needed a cut, and figured I'd treat myself a bit. As a mostly bald guy who keeps my hair very short, the prices seemed a bit high, but I thought I'd go for it anyway. The other reviews were great, after all. That was the right call, I got the Full Ripper, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I came in on Monday morning, had the shop to myself, and got a great cut with a bunch of pampering extras. Came out relaxed, happy, and looking and smelling good! Wife approved, too. Well worth it!
I come here weekly for my hot towel shave, and it’s always an exceptional experience. Apo is the best in the business FACTS. The rest of the staff are always welcoming and friendly, which adds to the overall great atmosphere of the store. Hands down, this is the best barbershop in the city! And that's saying something given the many options available.
I was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut. Seen all the post and thought I’d give them a chance. The barber did a great job, exactly how I wanted it to be cut!
Very welcoming and professional experience, I came in for a style change in my haircut and the result was really nice. Eko listened to my preferences and even took time to explain how to style my hair at the end and which products I should use - totally recommend, will definitely return.

It's more than a haircut, it's an experience! My friend and I found this one one google maps and we were both very happy with the service. It's not just about the haircut here and by that I mean the service, you walk in, you are greeted respectfully, once you sit in the chair, you are offered a drink and are able to actually speak to the barber without the stress of time. They listen to what you want, and in my case I didn't know exactly. But these guys and gals are pros so will help guide you on the cut that will suite you. They do classic and modern styles. Upstairs is for walk Ins and downstairs is for booked vip appointments. The interior decor is amazing. I would give half a star if i could. The only reason it deserves even that is because the barber was a nice guy. I went to Jack the clipper as i was in desperate need of a haircut and i can only see my usual barbers on Saturday.. BIG MISTAKE. I walked out with half of what i wanted but paid full price! Firstly, i walked in at 6:40, there was 1 person in front of me and i didn't leave until 8:20 (they close at 8, and i was finished by 8:10 but was had to go to the cash point as their card machine was broken) I asked for a cut and shave but due to it getting close to closing time he did not want to give my beard the full detail. He only went over it with a level 1 (something i can do at home, in my sleep) and still charged me an extra £25 for it. The haircut itself... i now have a step on my head as the guy clearly cant fade (even though i asked him before the haircut). I would have been a lot happier if he was honest from the beginning. Even so, for £70, i would be expecting them to be able to fade someones head! Rip off, dont go, i wont be going back.
