Best barber experience I've ever had!! Leon taught me about areas of my hair I didn't even know existed! Vibes are also immaculate, DJ/barber Talyan needs that shout out too!
Leon provided me with excellent customer service even tho I was last minute booking. Communication via text to accommodate me and confirm my booking, was warm and friendly. Made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. As for the cut and beard trim..... best I've ever had and will make me a regular. If you are looking for 5 star customer service and hair cut, this is the place to go. I would implore people to make Leon their regular barber, nothing but a true professional.
Unprofessional and abrupt poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a poor experience. I booked a trim and beard for £38 with Leon hoping for a good cut. Then he sends me a message the night before increasing the price to £45. When I asked why the price had increased, there was no explanation and instead of clarifying Leon abruptly cancelled my appointment. The communication was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that after researching that new clients may be charged for a restyle (which is still shady), but the way it was handled felt disrespectful and unprofessional. And why isn’t this on their website?! This is unfortunate as I remember having haircuts with Abz and it was fantastic. This is extremely sad but I recommend not going here.
I visited this barbershop with my boyfriend last year while we were traveling in London. The barbers were very professional, kind, and passionate. I was impressed by their technique. I would love to visit again!
Very bad service I had to go with my son after the haircut to a different, barbershop to get our haircuts they couldn’t cut. My son is hair or my hair he rushed because he had customers waiting do you not recommend at all we used to go all the time, but not anymore after this bad service
One if not the very best barber shops in North London. In an area congested by barber shops, these guys stand head and shoulders above the rest. Visited for the first time for a beard trim and left with a masterpiece. Great atmosphere and quality service. These guys are masters of their trade. Definitely won't be my last visit. Keep up the great work guys!!
I think his name is tailan, bald guy cut my 18month old sons hair…my son wasn’t exactly easy or made it easy for him to cut his hair. But tailan did a great job of remaining patient with us and did a great job of cutting my sons hair! Thank you :)
Oliver is a good dude- right amount of chat and superb attention to detail with getting the right cut whether you have long, medium or short hair. Will be my new local barber!
